2. Will I get hit with hidden customs or duty fees in the US?
Usually, no. Whenever possible, we fulfill your order directly from our US-based manufacturing partners so it never crosses a border. Even if a part ships from our Canadian HQ, most auto parts are exempt from heavy tariffs under the USMCA trade agreement. However, if any local state taxes or minor brokerage fees do apply, they are the buyer's responsibility.
3. How fast is shipping to the US?
We move fast. Most in-stock items dispatch within 1–3 business days. US customers typically receive their orders in 3–7 business days via the fastest ground carriers available. You will receive a tracking link the moment your label is printed.

4. Do you charge a restocking fee?
Yes. We charge a standard 10% restocking fee on returns within 30 days. To be eligible, the part must be completely uninstalled, untouched, and in its original packaging. Custom tuning files and installed electronics are strictly non-returnable.
5. How do "Core Charges" work, and when do I get my money back?
For parts like injectors or transmissions, you pay a core deposit upfront. You have 30 days to send your rebuildable stock part back to us. Pro-Tip: Drain all fluids before shipping. If FedEx stops a leaking box, you lose your core charge. As soon as your core passes our dock inspection (no cracked housings or un-rebuildable damage), your refund is processed within 48 hours.

6. Can I buy just the custom tune files if I already own a tuner?
Absolutely. If you already have an EZ LYNK, MM3, or EFI Live device, you don't need to buy the hardware twice. You can purchase our custom tune files directly, and we will send them to your device via the cloud or email.
7. Should I run an Open or Closed Cold Air Intake?
Closed (box-style) intakes are best for daily drivers and tow rigs; they protect the filter from engine heat and pull dense, cool air. Open intakes flow massive amounts of air and give you that aggressive turbo whistle, but they pull in more under-hood heat and require you to clean the filter more frequently.
8. How do I make absolutely sure a part fits my truck?

9. Can a tuner damage my engine or transmission?
A properly authored tune on a healthy truck will not cause damage. However, if your transmission is already slipping or your injectors are failing, adding 100 horsepower will accelerate that wear. Fix your mechanical issues first, then add the power.
10. Can I cancel or change my order?
Our fulfillment team moves fast. Once an order is placed, it is pushed directly to the warehouse. If you ordered the wrong part, call our Tech Line immediately at (346) 346-0152. If the order has already been processed or shipped, it must be treated as a standard return.
